Your purchase comes with a 30-day return policy. Simply use the following form to contact our customer service team for a return shipping label; this will allow you to return your purchase at no additional cost.

Within the 30-day window, we provide full refunds for products returned in their original condition, unused.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact customer service immediately if your product is received damaged.

All Ordo accessories come with a 1-year Limited Global Warranty.

The warranty will become void if:

• The receipt, invoice, or digital order confirmation is lost, defaced, or illegible
• Unauthorized modifications and repairs have been made
• The product has been used in conditions outside of its intended purpose

The warranty does not cover damage from:

• Improper care or misuse
• Excessive sun exposure
• The use of inappropriate cleaning products
• Normal wear and tear:
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, solvents, or moisture
• Fabric abrasion
• Rips, tears, or cuts
• Melted zippers or fabric
• Stains (grease, oil, dirt, ink, etc.)

For cleaning, machine wash with a mild detergent in cold water.

Spot clean using a dampened microfiber cloth with detergent or soap diluted with water to wipe clean. (do not use chlorine, bleach, or alcohol).

Once cleaned, hang dry pouch.

For added protection, apply a water resistant coating such as Nikwax (not included) to the fabric surface.

During storage, place a cedar ball (not included) into the pouch to reduce odors and moisture.

The Ordo collection features materials that reduce environmental impact. The shell fabric is crafted from 100% pre-consumer recycled wrinkled nylon, ensuring longevity with thoughtful material choices. Complementing this, the lining is made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester.

All Ordo packaging is made of 100% GRS Certified recycled paper.

How do I clean a puffy toiletry pouch?

Our puffy pouch’s machine-washable construction makes cleaning effortless. Simply empty all contents, shake out any debris, and place it in your washing machine on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent.

Allow the Toiletry Pouch to air dry completely. For spot cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap.

Is our Toiletry Pouch TSA-approved for carry-on liquids?

TSA-approved toiletry bags must meet specific requirements for carry-on luggage. While the Ordo puffy toiletry bag isn’t specifically designed as a TSA-compliant liquids bag, it works perfectly for organizing your liquid toiletries in your carry-on after clearing airport security.
