Would you like to ship your LOJEL order to a P.O. Box? No problem. We can ship to any P.O. Box in the 48 contiguous United States.

It really depends on where you’d like your order shipped! All lojel.com orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.
All orders that use our Free Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-7 business days, but if you take our Faster Shipping option, we guarantee delivery within 1-3 business days.

We offer a 30-Day hassle-free return policy to all lojel.com customers so you can shop with peace of mind. Should you want to return your purchase, just contact our customer service team and we’ll issue you a return label that you can use to return your purchase at no additional cost to you.

Easy! Just contact our customer service team and we’ll send you a free return shipping label. All return shipping within the contiguous United States is on us. Return shipping costs outside of the continental US will be the customer’s responsibility.
