- What payment methods does LOJEL accept?
We currently accept Apple Pay, Paypal, Afterpay, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, China UnionPay, JCB, Discover & Diners Club cards on lojel.com.
- How do I track my order?
After you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you two emails within one business day. The first will be a confirmation that your order has been received. The second will be a confirmation that your order has been processed with a tracking number included for you to track your shipment.
- When will I be charged for my order?
Once you’ve completed your order, your account will be immediately charged by LOJEL. Orders cancelled before shipment are normally refunded within 2-5 business days.
- Can I cancel or change my order once it’s been placed?
Please ensure that your order includes the correct shipping information and cart contents before placing it. We work fast to get orders out within the promised times, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. However, if you wish to request any changes, please feel free to email us. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request, there is a possibility that we may be able to make the necessary adjustments.
However, once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return process and successfully return any items purchased in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order to receive your refund.
