LOJEL currently ships to everywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.
- Is there a shipping charge?
Nope! We offer Free Standard Shipping (1-3 business days) on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States.
Please note that low-stock outlet items may require up to 5 business days for delivery.
- Do you offer Express Shipping?
We currently do not offer express shipping. While we understand the appeal of faster delivery times, we want to ensure that we provide a reliable and transparent service. Shipping times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses at this time. If you don’t have a residential or business address available, you can choose a nearby pickup location for delivery instead.
- When exactly will I receive my order?
All orders have a 1 business day processing time, once they are on the road the delivery time varies between 1-3 business day depending on your location. All lojel.com orders ship from either our Tennessee or Salt Lake City warehouse.
Please note that delivery times are subject to change depending on high-volume shopping days like winter-holiday season. We only ship on business days as our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and federal holidays.- What is LOJEL’s return policy?
We offer a 30-Day hassle-free return policy on all LOJEL products purchased from LOJEL stores or online at lojel.com.
We believe all LOJEL customers should have a chance to open the box and see our products for themselves without liability or concern. If you receive your LOJEL product and find that it is damaged in any way, please contact customer service immediately.
For online purchases:
To start a return, contact our customer service team through our Returns & Exchanges form and we’ll issue you a prepaid return label so you can send the item back at no extra cost.Once we’ve received your return and confirmed that it is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund for the original purchase price. Please note that all shipping fees are nonrefundable.
For in-store purchases:
LOJEL will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused merchandise with original receipt or email confirmation within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.Please Note: Gift Cards and outlet items purchased in-store or online at lojel.com are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- What's the return policy for bundles, sets, and other promotional offers?
Items purchased with promotional codes or through special offers, including sets and bundles have a 30-day hassle-free return policy and free return shipping. The amount refunded will be subject to the total amount of the item with the promotional price applied.
Partial returns of bundles and sets will void the original bundle or set promotional pricing. The refunded amount will be subject to the original, individual product price with the promotional offer removed from the refund amount.
Products from our Final Call category are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturer defect.
- I’d like to return a recent purchase, what should I do?
Easy! Just contact our customer service team via this contact form(returns/exchanges) and we’ll send you a free return shipping label. All return shipping within the contiguous United States is on us. Return shipping costs outside of the continental US will be the customer’s responsibility.
Once we’ve received your return and confirmed that the product was not used, damaged, or otherwise impaired from its original condition, we’ll issue you a refund for the original product purchase price in full. Please note that partial returns of promotional offers, such as sets, bundles, etc. will void the original offer and the offer amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Please also note that all original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
