Your purchase comes with a 30-day return policy. Simply use the following form to contact our customer service team for a return shipping label; this will allow you to return your purchase at no additional cost.

Within the 30-day window, we provide full refunds for products returned in their original condition, unused.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact customer service immediately if your product is received damaged.

We offer a 2-year limited global warranty on all Niru bags.

Situations where the bags warranty doesn’t apply:

• If the receipt, invoice, or digital order confirmation is lost, defaced, or illegible
• If unauthorized modifications and repairs have been made
• If the product has been used in conditions outside of its intended purpose

The warranty does not cover damage from:

• Improper care or misuse
• Excessive sun exposure
• The use of inappropriate cleaning products
• Normal wear and tear:
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, solvents, or moisture
• Fabric abrasion
• Rips, tears, or cuts
• Melted zippers or fabric
• Melted zippers or fabric
• Stains (grease, oil, dirt, ink, etc.)

How does the Journey Pack compare to the Niru 48H Weekender or 24H Overnighter?
All three are designed for short trips but offer different ways to carry. The Journey Pack is a backpack for hands-free movement. The 48H Weekender is a larger shoulder carry with extra capacity for longer stays, while the 24H Overnighter offers a more compact shoulder style for lighter travel. Each shares the same soft structure and open interior that adapts to how you move.
