Your purchase comes with a 30-day return policy. Simply use the following form to contact our customer service team for a return shipping label; this will allow you to return your purchase at no additional cost.

Within the 30-day window, we provide full refunds for products returned in their original condition, unused.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

LUGGAGE / TEN-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

⚠️🚨 Damage During Transport ✈️🚄🚢🚌:

If your luggage sustained damages while traveling by air or train, you must contact the airline or travel provider as soon as you arrive at your destination.

Airlines are responsible for damages to your luggage, but some have a limited 24-hour claim window. Please do not leave the arrival/baggage claim area until the matter is addressed.

Taking action while you are still at the airport will give you the best chance to have your damage claim resolved.

1️⃣🥇 First Year of Ownership: Hassle-Free Coverage

Upon noticing any defects or damages within the 1st year of ownership, we ensure repair or replacement of your product if deemed unrepairable.

2️⃣👉🔟 Years 2 to 10: Comprehensive Maintenance and Repair

From the 2nd year to the 10th year of ownership, we cover manufacturing defects that surface from regular use or that existed before the sale within this 10-year period.

Our products are designed for repair. When practical, we will ship the necessary parts and self-service repair instructions. If the repair cannot be completed using the provided parts, we will refer you to the nearest authorized repair shop for service. If we cannot match your specific collection due to design enhancements, we will provide you with an alternative solution.

🔟👉⏭️ After 10 Years of Usage

While our warranty technically ends after 10 years, our commitment to our customers does not. If we have the necessary parts to address an issue with your luggage still available, we will provide them to you at a nominal cost of 10 USD.

LOJEL’s Limited Warranty is not applicable:

• If your proof of purchase is lost, defaced, illegible
• If the purchase was made through an unauthorized reseller; if the product was imported without permission (i.e. parallel imports); if the product was sold as used, reconditioned, returned, or refurbished.
• If any unauthorized modifications or repairs have been made.
• Incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses

Exterior
Using a damp washcloth, wipe the surface of your luggage using a mixture of mild soap and water.
For spot cleaning, use rubbing alcohol or acetone with a cotton pad to gently remove persistent stains and residue.

Interior
For interior cleaning, use a handheld or hose-attachment vacuum cleaner.
For machine or hand washing, unzip the removable interior lining. Use only non-chlorine bleach, tumble dry on low heat, and do not dry-clean or iron. Zip back the lining once it completely dries.

Storage
Place a cedar-scented ball and a moisture absorber into the luggage to maintain freshness between trips.

We designed Cubo to fit our sustainability goals, using 50% recycled polycarbonate in the shell construction. This is the maximum amount of GRS-certified, pre-consumer industrial waste that we can use while maintaining the premium quality and integrity of the luggage. We are working on increasing this composition alongside other improvements for Cubo as well as implementing more recycled pre-consumer material in our designs.

Additionally, Cubo’s removable and washable interior lining consists of “solution-dyed” mélange polyester, which uses roughly 80% less water than traditional dying fabrics and is also made of 50% recycled material.

Is the Cubo Fit “oversized” luggage?
Our Cubo Fit is designed to meet most standard checked luggage requirements. Our spacious 30-inch hard shell luggage offers ample space for packing without crossing into oversized territory. This makes it ideal for longer trips or those who prefer to pack generously.

While not oversized for most airlines, it’s always wise to check specific airline policies before travel.

How long can I travel with a Cubo Fit luggage?
The Cubo Fit is designed with capacity in mind. It’s ample size can accommodate longer trips for up to 30 days in a sleek and convenient size that doesn’t crowd your accommodations. The Cubo Fit’s dimensions are calculated to maximize packing capacity while maintaining easy maneuverability and complying with global check-in luggage requirements on most airlines.

Is 30-inch luggage allowed for international checked baggage?
Generally, our 30-inch luggage is accepted for international travel. In fact, the Cubo Fit is a 30-inch suitcase that’s designed to maximize packing space while adhering to common international luggage standards.

However, size and weight restrictions can vary between airlines and countries. We advise checking with your specific airline before departing.

How heavy is a 30-inch hard shell luggage?
The weight of our 30-inch suitcase is 12.6 lbs (5.7 kg). With the Cubo Fit, you’re allowed to pack more without exceeding weight limits. That’s because we’ve engineered this hard shell luggage (30-inch) to be as light as possible without compromising durability.
