Your purchase comes with a 30-day return policy. Simply use the following form to contact our customer service team for a return shipping label; this will allow you to return your purchase at no additional cost.

Within the 30-day window, we provide full refunds for products returned in their original condition, unused.

⚠️🚨 Damage During Transport ✈️🚄🚢🚌:

If your luggage sustained damages while traveling by air or train, you must contact the airline or travel provider as soon as you arrive at your destination.

Airlines are responsible for damages to your luggage, but some have a limited 24-hour claim window. Please do not leave the arrival/baggage claim area until the matter is addressed.

Taking action while you are still at the airport will give you the best chance to have your damage claim resolved.

Upon noticing any defects or damages within the 1st year of ownership, we ensure repair or replacement of your product if deemed unrepairable.

2️⃣👉🔟 Years 2 to 10: Comprehensive Maintenance and Repair

From the 2nd year to the 10th year of ownership, we cover manufacturing defects that surface from regular use or that existed before the sale within this 10-year period.

Our products are designed for repair. When practical, we will ship the necessary parts and self-service repair instructions. If the repair cannot be completed using the provided parts, we will refer you to the nearest authorized repair shop for service. If we cannot match your specific collection due to design enhancements, we will provide you with an alternative solution.

🔟👉⏭️ After 10 Years of Usage

While our warranty technically ends after 10 years, our commitment to our customers does not. If we have the necessary parts to address an issue with your luggage still available, we will provide them to you at a nominal cost of 10 USD.

LOJEL’s Limited Warranty is not applicable:

• If your proof of purchase is lost, defaced, illegible
• If the purchase was made through an unauthorized reseller; if the product was imported without permission (i.e. parallel imports); if the product was sold as used, reconditioned, returned, or refurbished.
• If any unauthorized modifications or repairs have been made.
• Incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses

Using a damp washcloth, wipe the surface of your luggage using a mixture of mild soap and water.

For spot cleaning, use rubbing alcohol or acetone with a cotton pad to gently remove persistent stains and residue.

For interior cleaning, use a handheld or hose-attachment vacuum cleaner.

Place a cedar-scented ball and a moisture absorber into the luggage to maintain freshness between trips.

Voja’s interior uses solution-dyed polyester—a process that colors the yarn during creation, not after. This reduces water use and waste while enhancing durability and colorfastness. A better choice for your luggage and the planet.

Is the Voja Large “oversized” luggage?
Most airlines allow checked luggage up to 62 linear inches (158 cm), which is determined by adding the length, width, and height. Voja Large falls into this category and offers ample room for all your travel essentials. Large luggage is ideal for longer journeys because it provides both capacity and convenience.

While this size generally falls within standard limits for most airlines, it’s always a good idea to verify specific airline policies before your trip.

Is the Voja large too heavy when packed?
The base weight of the Voja Large is 12.2lbs or 5.5kg, allowing for 39.7lbs or 18kg of internally packed weight while still staying compliant with most airlines. We don’t recommend overloading your luggage as it will make maneuvering and lifting your luggage more difficult. We always suggest checking with your specific airline’s policies before your trip for size and weight limitations.

What features should I look for a large luggage with wheels?
Choose a suitcase with interior structure, quiet wheels, and a secure locking system. Voja’s dual compartments and zippered pockets keep your items organized. Add packing kits for next-level space efficiency on long hauls.

Is the Voja shell strong enough for baggage handling?
Yes, our Voja Large is made with a polypropylene shell that has been stress tested for the riggors of baggage handling and adding to its impact resistant design.

How secure is LOJEL’s large luggage with wheels?
The latch-locking design of our Voja collection are often more difficult to tamper with than zippers. Latches require more effort to breach, making them a better deterrent against thieves. Latches also tend to be more robust and can withstand more force compared to zippers, which can break or become misaligned. This durability ensures the suitcase remains securely closed during travel.
