Your purchase comes with a 30-day return policy. Simply use the following form to contact our customer service team for a return shipping label; this will allow you to return your purchase at no additional cost.

Within the 30-day window, we provide full refunds for products returned in their original condition, unused.

LUGGAGE / TEN-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

⚠️🚨 FOR DAMAGE THAT OCCURRED DURING TRANSPORT ✈️🚄🚢🚌:

If your luggage sustained damages while traveling by air or train, you must contact the airline or travel provider as soon as you arrive at your destination.

Airlines are responsible for damages to your luggage, but some have a limited 24-hour claim window. Please do not leave the arrival/baggage claim area until the matter is addressed.

Taking action while you are still at the airport will give you the best chance to have your damage claim resolved.

1️⃣🥇 First Year of Ownership: Hassle-Free Coverage

Upon noticing any defects or damages within the 1st year of ownership, we ensure repair or replacement of your product if deemed unrepairable.

2️⃣👉🔟 Years 2 to 10: Comprehensive Maintenance and Repair

From the 2nd year to the 10th year of ownership, we cover manufacturing defects that surface from regular use or that existed before the sale within this 10-year period.

Our products are designed for repair. When practical, we will ship the necessary parts and self-service repair instructions. If the repair cannot be completed using the provided parts, we will refer you to the nearest authorized repair shop for service. If we cannot match your specific collection due to design enhancements, we will provide you with an alternative solution.

🔟👉⏭️ After 10 Years of Usage

While our warranty technically ends after 10 years, our commitment to our customers does not. If we have the necessary parts to address an issue with your luggage still available, we will provide them to you at a nominal cost of 10 USD.

LOJEL’s Limited Warranty is not applicable:

• If your proof of purchase is lost, defaced, illegible
• If the purchase was made through an unauthorized reseller; if the product was imported without permission (i.e. parallel imports); if the product was sold as used, reconditioned, returned, or refurbished.
• If any unauthorized modifications or repairs have been made.
• Incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses

Exterior
Using a damp washcloth, wipe the surface of your luggage using a mixture of mild soap and water.
For spot cleaning, use rubbing alcohol or acetone with a cotton pad to gently remove persistent stains and residue.

Interior
For interior cleaning, use a handheld or hose-attachment vacuum cleaner.
For machine or hand washing, unzip the removable interior lining. Use only non-chlorine bleach, tumble dry on low heat, and do not dry-clean or iron. Zip back the lining once it completely dries.

Storage
Place a cedar-scented ball and a moisture absorber into the luggage to maintain freshness between trips.

We designed Cubo to fit our sustainability goals, using 50% recycled polycarbonate in the shell construction. This is the maximum amount of GRS-certified, pre-consumer industrial waste that we can use while maintaining the premium quality and integrity of the luggage. We are working on increasing this composition alongside other improvements for Cubo as well as implementing more recycled pre-consumer material in our designs.

Additionally, Cubo’s removable and washable interior lining consists of “solution-dyed” mélange polyester, which uses roughly 80% less water than traditional dying fabrics and is also made of 50% recycled material.

How do you classify a “medium-sized luggage”?
Medium-size luggage typically refers to suitcases between 23-26 inches in height. Our Cubo Medium suitcase, for instance, measures 25.6 inches tall. This makes it the perfect balance between capacity and maneuverability.

How long can I travel with a medium-sized luggage?
Medium-sized luggage is ideal for trips lasting 1-2 weeks. It offers ample space for your clothes, shoes, and travel essentials without being overly cumbersome. The Cubo Medium’s dimensions are carefully calculated to maximize packing efficiency while still being easy to handle in various travel scenarios.

What size is a medium luggage cover?
A medium luggage cover is designed to fit suitcases in the 23-26 inch range. Our medium-size luggage cover is tailored to perfectly fit the 25.6-inch Cubo to protect against scuffs, scratches, and dirt during your travels.

Can medium-size luggage be a carry-on?
Medium-size luggage is too large for carry-on and need to be checked. Most airlines have size restrictions for carry-on bags that are smaller than medium suitcases.

However, our range of travel bags includes carry-on options that complement your medium luggage perfectly. For international travel or flights with stricter size limits, always check your airline’s specific requirements before departure.

What are the benefits of using a TSA 008 lock?
The TSA 008 is an enhanced locking mechanism that ensures TSA agents must securely relock your luggage after inspection, providing greater reliability and peace of mind. It is also more resistant to tampering, reducing the risk of accidental unlocking or lock failure. This makes TSA 008 one of the more dependable TSA-approved lock type currently available.
