Team Engagement
We provide core internal policies that include a hybrid work setup and volunteer days to ensure a healthy productivity balance as well as granting the team opportunities to give back to the community. We also provide our team with access to educational modules delivered in-person and available online so that all of our team is familiar and aware of sustainability topics such as Climate Change, Waste Management, Shared Value, and Circularity and how these impact our brand and culture. This also encourages cross-departmental interactions, providing our team the opportunity to create connections and build unity beyond their immediate roles.

As a testament to our commitment to inclusion and diversity, LOJEL became a signed member of the Hong Kong Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter for Employers in 2023. We additionally uphold our own internal policies to prevent discrimination against team members on the basis of race, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or religion.
